UNSATISFIED CUSTEMOR

I have ordered (order number KC 13335) 3 carpets from Kristal Carpets with a total value of R 12 107,00. on the Sunday 5 May 2024, which was paid at time of ordering. On Monday the 6 May 2024 I received a whatsapp message from your staff requesting me to send a screenshot of my order to your finance department to qualify for the discount you offer. I informed the sender that I already paid for the carpets on which I received an answer that it will be discussed with the finance department. I requested an answer on a later stage and was informed that I forfeited my discount due to the fact that I have paid TOO EARLY.
Is this a fair argument ??? The amount of discount can add up to R 4000,00 and feel that I am entitled to the discount offer by Kristal Carpets.
Why doesn't your ordering process indicates that the order has to be screenshotted too your finance departmemt prior to making a payment or activates the discount on your ordering form.
I am not requesting a refund but at least a credit as I am planning another purchase.
I did submit this review with your previous request but didn't receive any feedback from you.
